Welcome to JFAM Packaging, a registered packaging materials supplier operating in Metro Manila, Philippines. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website at jfampackaging.com and the purchase of our products, including but not limited to stretch film, bubble wrap, packaging tape, and related packaging supplies.

By accessing our website, placing an order, or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order through our website, phone (+63 976 203 0009), email (sales@jfampackaging.com), or any other communication channel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all customers, including individual buyers, businesses, wholesale clients, and corporate accounts.

Products and Availability

JFAM Packaging supplies a wide range of packaging materials, including:

• Stretch Film (clear, black, colored; various sizes and thicknesses)
• Bubble Wrap (clear, black, big eye; various roll sizes)
• Packaging Tape (clear, brown, printed, masking, duct tape)
• Specialty products (fragile tape, filament tape, gummed tape, cling wrap, etc.)

Product availability is subject to stock levels. While we strive to maintain adequate inventory, certain items may become temporarily unavailable. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or substitute products with equivalent alternatives after notifying the customer.

Pricing and Quotations

All prices displayed on our website are in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and are subject to change without prior notice. Retail prices, wholesale rates, and bulk discounts are clearly indicated where applicable.

Quotations provided via our Quotation Maker tool, email, or phone are valid for 7 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices may be adjusted based on fluctuations in raw material costs, supplier pricing, or exchange rates.

Taxes, delivery fees, and any additional charges will be clearly communicated before order confirmation.

Orders and Order Confirmation

Orders can be placed through our website, by phone, or via email. Once an order is received, we will send an order confirmation to the email address or contact number provided.

An order is considered finalized only after payment confirmation and explicit acknowledgment from JFAM Packaging. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Payment Terms

JFAM Packaging accepts the following payment methods:

• Bank Transfer / Online Banking
• GCash / PayMaya / E-Wallets
• Cash on Delivery (COD) for qualified orders within Metro Manila
• Credit/Debit Card (via authorized payment gateways)

Full payment is required before dispatch unless alternative credit terms have been pre-approved for corporate or wholesale accounts. For COD orders, payment must be made upon delivery.

Late payments on credit accounts may incur interest charges or suspension of future credit privileges.

Delivery and Shipping

JFAM Packaging offers delivery services within Metro Manila and select provincial areas. Same-day delivery may be available for orders confirmed before 2:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) within Metro Manila, subject to stock, destination, route, and rider or vehicle availability.

Delivery fees are calculated based on distance, order weight, and destination. Customers will be informed of delivery charges before order confirmation.

Customer pick-up is available at our warehouse located at 7019 Colonel Santos, South Cembo, Taguig, 1214 Metro Manila. Operating hours: Monday to Saturday, 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM; Sunday, 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM.

Same-Day Delivery Disclaimer

While we strive to fulfill same-day delivery requests, delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Actual delivery may be affected by traffic conditions, weather, delivery route availability, and order volume.

JFAM Packaging is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate delivery information (address, contact number, recipient details)
• Ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery at the specified address
• Inspecting products upon delivery and reporting any discrepancies, damages, or defects immediately
• Storing packaging materials in appropriate conditions to maintain product integrity

Failure to report damages or defects within 24 hours of delivery may void the customer's right to a return or refund.

Product Use and Suitability

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the products purchased are suitable for their intended use. JFAM Packaging provides product specifications, recommendations, and technical guidance to assist customers in making informed decisions.

We are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from improper use, mishandling, or misapplication of our products.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

JFAM Packaging accepts returns, refunds, or exchanges under the following conditions:

• Products are defective, damaged, or do not match the order specifications
• The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence
• Products are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging (for non-defective returns)

Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after approval. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Cancellations

Customers may cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us immediately via phone or email. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible, and standard return procedures apply.

JFAM Packaging reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or payment issues. Customers will be notified promptly, and full refunds will be issued if payment has already been made.

Bulk, Wholesale, and Custom Orders

Bulk and wholesale orders are subject to minimum order quantities (MOQs) and negotiated pricing. Custom orders (e.g., printed packaging tape, specific film sizes) require advance notice and may have longer lead times.

Custom and bulk orders are non-refundable and non-returnable unless the products are defective or do not meet the agreed specifications.

Accuracy of Website Information

While we strive to ensure that all information on our website (product descriptions, specifications, pricing, images) is accurate and up-to-date, errors may occasionally occur. JFAM Packaging is not liable for typographical errors, outdated information, or inaccuracies.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, and modify product offerings without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JFAM Packaging shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, business interruption, or damage to goods.

Our total liability for any claim related to our products or services shall not exceed the purchase price of the product(s) in question.

Force Majeure

JFAM Packaging is not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, strikes, transportation disruptions, or supply chain interruptions.
