At JFAM PACKAGING, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you’re not happy, we’re here to help. Returns:
1. Eligibility: You can return most items within 3 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as customized packaging or clearance items, are not eligible for return.
3. How to Initiate a Return: Please contact our customer service team at CustumerService@jfampackaging.com to initiate your return. Include your order number and a brief explanation of your return.
4. Shipping Costs: If your return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return
shipping costs.
For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the shipping charges.
5. Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or
rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
6. Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange an item, please follow the return process above and then place a new order for the item you want.
