Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shipping Methods

We primarily supply Stretch Film, Stretch Wrap, Bubble Wrap, Packaging Tape, Pallet Wrap, and Jack Wrap to Metro Manila businesses. To accommodate different business needs, we offer the following delivery and fulfillment methods:

• Warehouse Pickup: Customers may pick up their orders directly from our Taguig warehouse during operating hours.
• Third-Party Couriers (Grab, Lalamove): You can book your own courier or have our team arrange a booking on your behalf for immediate, delivery schedules confirmed per order.
• Bulk Delivery: For high-volume, wholesale B2B orders, we deploy our own fleet or partner logistics to ensure secure transit of large pallet loads.

Delivery Areas

Our core service area encompasses the entire Metro Manila (NCR) region. This includes rapid supply routes to Taguig, Makati, Pasig, Quezon City, Manila, Caloocan, Las Piñas, Parañaque, Muntinlupa, Marikina, San Juan, Mandaluyong, Valenzuela, Malabon, Navotas, Pasay, and Pateros. For orders outside Metro Manila, please contact our sales team to discuss viable provincial shipping arrangements.

Processing Times

Orders placed during business hours (Mon-Sat: 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM, Sun: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM) are processed immediately.

Same-Day Dispatch: Available for in-stock items requested via Grab or Lalamove, provided the order is confirmed before our late afternoon cutoff.
Bulk Processing: Standard bulk orders are prepared and scheduled for delivery within 1 to 2 business days, subject to volume and fleet availability.

Shipping Costs

Third-Party Couriers: Shipping fees via Grab or Lalamove are shouldered by the buyer and are calculated directly by the app based on distance and vehicle type (motorcycle, MPV, or truck).
Bulk Deliveries: Delivery fees for wholesale orders are quoted independently. Some large-volume contracts may qualify for subsidized or free local delivery within Metro Manila.

Return Shipping

In the event of defective items covered by our Return and Refund Policy, we will coordinate the appropriate return shipping method. Generally, buyers are responsible for return freight costs unless the error was explicitly on our end (e.g., wrong item dispatched). For full details, please review our Return and Refund Policy.
